The form itself is on a web page https://...xxx.htm.

My online program uses this as a template and creates an https://...cgi-bin/xxx.pl.

The form appears on the page and seems to function okay. Submission seems okay and redirects to the correct url, but the email I receive contains no information.

One other thing: I did try it with the "required" field checked. Upon submission I received the error that I did not complete a required field.

Am I trying to do the impossible?

It sounds like the form is working, but the field names have been changed in the HTML. It is impossible for me to tell without being able to look at the code. Please send me a PM with the URL of the form.
