I have my form set to deliver to 3 different emails (Premium Member) when first posted the emails came through fine, then only to 1 of the emails and now to none. I can check my filtered email (spam) and they do not go there either. Any suggestions? |

The vast majority of the time this problem is caused by SPAM filters.

I have tried the above remedy. Still having an issue with my website domain. I have sent 2 help tickets, but to no avail. I am a Premiuim member and not getting my emails is causing a major lost if money. I am a bit disgusted with the number of gigs i have lost because of this issue. |

Change your email provider. We do everything we can from our end to ensure that the emails are formatted to International standards and in ways to avoid spam filters. Unfortunately, we have no control over third party spam filters implemented by your email provider.
You need to contact your email provider to remedy the issue. Alternatively, you will be able to read all emails (regardless of any filtering issues) by logging in to your myContactForm.com account, and clicking the 'Message Center' button.
