I'm experiencing an error with a Multi Answer Check Box when receiving an email response. Instead of getting my pre-defined answers, by mail or by phone selection, I am getting a "checkbox276427". I have deleted and reinserted the item with no success.

It doesn't do that with my other forms. Just one I recently created.

Your thoughts or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

You will need to delete the question causing the error. If this doesn't work, you'll need to rebuild the form.
