I removed the email address from the settings section, and I no longer see it there, just mine and the person I want to receive the form replies, but the person who's email I removed is still getting the relies.
Please help?
thank you,

Good Day,
Please note that the email addresses listed under 'My User Information' do not control who individual forms will be sent to. You need to please re-configure who the individual form will be sent to under 'Edit' > 'Send to Address' for each individual form.

Yes, I did that. There are three addresses listed, mine is listed twice, don't know why, and the one address of the person I want to get the email is there, but the email that I removed, that person is still getting the emails.
here is a pic of what I am looking at: |

From the screen capture you placed above, go ahead and check the addresses you want the form to go to and press 'Next'. After that, collect the new form HTML and use to to replace the existing form code on your site. This should work. If not, there is likely something corrupted in the form (which will require you to rebuild the form), or some other sort of external forwarding happening to the email after it leaves our system.
