I am new to this but it seems very straight forward. All is working great with the form I created and the confirmation back to the user. However, I am not receiving the submittal into the email I have assigned. I have tried everything, added 3 other email addresses, copy/pasted the new HTML on each of those and still I cannot get a submittal email back on any of my tests. Help. |

Good Day,
Once you add the email addresses to your account under the 'My User Information' panel, you need to then direct the form to go to these addresses. To do this, login, click 'Edit', and then 'Send to Address'. From there you will be able to specify which address you would like the form to be sent to.
