I've set up the service, uploaded to our website and everything worked perfectly. Sent two test messages and recieved two customer enquiries, all perfectly ok.

Now for some reason the service has stopped working all together. I've checked the usage counter and we've only used 4 of our 20 uses, so that can't be it.

When we use it we get the email to say the message has been sent, but no message arrives. Customers have reported the same problem

Please help.

Good Day,

The problem is with your SPAM filters removing the sent forms. Please read the following FAQ:
