On form: "AN Referral Request"
I click on the EDIT button for the question "I Have Accessed My Credit Reports and FICOs in:" but it displays the question "I Need to be Referred to:"
aaaaahhhhh! i'm only paying $20 a year...I'm only paying $20 a year.....

How do I make a multi-answer checkbox question force the user to make a selection even though I've selected it to be "required." It doesn't seem to actaully require user input.
Form: "AN Referral Request"
Question: "I Need to be Referred to"

Troy,
I believe the technical term for what is going on with your form is that it is hosed. I'm going to go ahead and rebuild the form for you. Sit tight, and I'll be done in 15 minutes.

Troy,
I've rebuilt the form. It is called, 'NEW AN Referral Request'. You'll need to copy the code over to your site. Right now, the required field option isn't working for multi-check box field types. This appears to be a bug in our system. I am currently working on a major update for early August, and I will add this bug to the list of to-dos for the site.
