Hello, I created 3 forms for the website www.firstlutheranrw.org; http://www.firstlutheranrw.org/indiv.htm, http://www.firstlutheranrw.org/househ.htm and http://www.firstlutheranrw.org/test.htm. When I fillout them and press submit I'm getting the followig error message:
Couldn't Execute Query. 3
now a Couldn't Execute Message Query

Interesting is that I'm getting rerouted to http://www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform.php and not to the page: http://www.firstlutheranrw.org/thank.htm

What is wrong?

The same is for the form on the website: www.clinttaylor.com/preorder.htm

The emails are going through, but the error message appears on the screen and not the redirected page.
