Instead of using a redirect page, I would like to show a message "Form data received. Thank You" - just next to the Submit button after the form has posted and clear the field data at the same time.

Is it possible to do so?

Good Day,

This is not possible. Your best bet is to create a new HTML with the message you've described, and then redirect to that page.
