I am receiving the following error but have checked the file name and location and it is all correct, if I publish to my local drive, the form all works OK! Help please?

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as pauldarnell.0fees.net/index_files/page1687.htm

Good Day,

Please do as the error message is saying; it is correct. You have an error in the form location. Copy the URL from the error message and paste it directly into the configuration (Login > Edit > Basic Form Information). Also, make sure to include all variations of the URL where the form will occur (include www and non-www urls). Lastly, carefully read the URLs you have entered to ensure there are no typographical errors.
