Fif I select the Date Selector question when I run the form live it does not allow you to pick a date?opens another page any help you could give would be great

You most likely have an issue with the HTML on your site. Your link does not appear to be live, so I cannot confirm this. Please try remove all of the old HTML and pasting a new copy of the code.
