when someone fills out the form and only checks or fills out certain lines of the form.....that is ALL I want to receive. I do not need any of the lines they skipped of didn't fill in an answer. how do I get just that info?
example:
someone filling out the form is 17yrs old
I DO NOT need the info for 6&under, 8&under, 10&under or 11-14 ages

This is not something that can be changed. It is the standard behavior of all forms.
