Hello
Can anyone help?
I have used the checkbox multi answer field, added the number of checkboxes and filled them in. But when i'm filling out the form and ticking the boxes that i want the form comes back to me like this:
Did you want to add a game?: checkbox207589
I did not add this field checkbox 207589, What is it?
My website is www.haveabounce.co.uk
Thanks

Please delete the question from the administration panel and then readd it. If this doesn't work, you'll need to rebuild the form.

Thank you Nick.
I wonder if you can help me with the customers submissions going straight into the junk box. I use windows live mail. Do I need to lower the antispam to a level it would let anyones email through or is there another way?
Many thanks

Hi Nick
I resbmitted the problem area in question and it now works a treat. Just have to do this 18 more times now for the other forms.
Thanks

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Windows live mail. I would try to look for a setting that allows you to whitelist specific senders. If possible, I would whitelist the entire mycontactform.com domain (*@mycontactform.com). If that doesn't work, try whitelisting / adding to contact lists the following addresses:
info@mycontactform.com
anonymous@mycontactform.com
