|
|
Hello,
Thanks for your great product. I'm having a problem though when users enter data with accents. They come through garbled in the data emails. Is there a way to select which fonts, character, or whatever the data can send?
Also, is there an easy way to dump the data from the emails I receive into a database or spreadsheet?
thanks,
Spencer

1. I believe this is generally an issue when the language for that character isn't installed on your computer.
2. Yes, the previous 14 months of form submissions can be exported in Excel, CSV, Tab Delimited, Text, and HTML formats via the 'Message Center'.

I think the problem of accents isn't solved yet. French accents in the emailed form remain garbled.
Can anyone think of a solution please.
Thx

There is currently no simple fix for this. It has to do with they way fonts are encoded for non-English characters, and limitations within our database software. We hope to one day create a fix for this, but it is currently not supported.
