I'm wondering if there is a form tool that allows user to indicate a preference numerically, i.e.
Please select your first and second options for the following:
Fish
Chicken
Beef
Vegetarian
Any and all suggestions welcome! I've thought about using the multi-checkbox option, but it doesn't give me a preference order. |

I would simply create two separate questions (can be radio buttons or drop down).
1. Please select your first meal preference:
Chicken
Beef
Fish
2. Please select your second meal preference:
Chicken
Beef
Fish
