Hello.

I tested the form and it works fine as far as my receiving the email. The problem is the email itself. My form currently has three fields. Name, email address and prayer request. When I fill out the form and click submit, it comes to my inbox but it doesn't show the prayer request part. How do I fix it?

I am also facing the same issues.
The e-mail that I receive after submitting is blank with an :
Form name is RD
My username is digitalfunda
