first there is an error that says that the specified address needs to be http://broward.k12.fl.us/pembrokepineselem/page2/page2.html
this works... ONCE.... then when I check it again... it says that i need to change it to http://broward.k12.fl.us/pembrokepineselem/page5/page5.html
then it works.... ONCE...
IT keeps saying and alternating between me having to change it from page2/page2.html..... to page5/page5.html....
and I don't why.... Thanks in advance for any and all help... |

The error messages you are receiving are correct. The problem is that you have pasted the same form code onto two different pages (page2.html & page5.html). The code will only work specifically for the page it is set up for. This summer, we are going to be releasing a new feature that allows you to have multiple referrers for the same form. Until that time however, you will need to do the following:
1. Create a copy of the form from the Form Management panel. More Info
2. Specify http://broward.k12.fl.us/pembrokepineselem/page2/page2.html as the form location for one of the forms, and http://broward.k12.fl.us/pembrokepineselem/page5/page5.html for the form location of the other form. More Info
3. Copy the correct code to each of these pages.
Thanks,
Nick Ladd
