Hi all,
I am creating a call me back form for a hotel where a guest can request a call back. The guest selects an option from a drop down box, which includes the options 'Accommodation', 'general enquiries', 'restaurant booking' etc. This drop down box is actually the ‘Send to’ field, which has been renamed. My problem is that the 'send to' option 'accommodation' and 'general enquiries' go to the same person/email address, so when received, this person is unable to distinguish which option the guest selected as the 'send to' field isn't included in the emailed call back form to the hotel. Is there a way of making the 'send to' field a visible element on the emailed form?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to make this part of the email.
