Hi, I just upgraded to premium, and i am not sure whether i am working in the premium account. Also, my .com.au email address does not work. does this mean that you cannot work with .com.au addresses?
Also, in your "State" section, you only have American States. Do you not cater for Australia? If not, i will require a refund. or, you may wish to make some changes, as its a great product!

UPDATE: Its all ok, i worked it out!
