				| Hello, I am a webmaster and my client uses your service for his forms. He exported his data a day or two ago and says that the messages are now gone from the message center. He says that last year after exporting, the messages were still there. Did something change? Did he push a wrong button? He is asking me why this happened, and unfortunately I can't answer him! Please let me know if there was a change in your system, or perhaps if there is a way to restore his data.
 Thank you

				| I think that your client must have accidentally deleted the messages. The messages are not purged when they are exported. I'd have you client check the 'Deleted' folder. If they are not in there, then they must have purged them. Once messages are purged, they cannot be recovered.
Another possibility is that the messages were older that 14 months. After 14 months, the messages are deleted.
