				I'm wondering if there is a form tool that allows user to indicate a preference numerically, i.e.
 
 
Please select your first and second options for the following:
 
Fish
 
Chicken
 
Beef
 
Vegetarian
 
 
Any and all suggestions welcome!  I've thought about using the multi-checkbox option, but it doesn't give me a preference order. |

				I would simply create two separate questions (can be radio buttons or drop down).
 
 
1. Please select your first meal preference:
 
Chicken
 
Beef
 
Fish
 
 
2. Please select your second meal preference:
 
Chicken
 
Beef
 
Fish
