I have created a booking form and would like to put a PayPal button on it so that my customers can do it all in one place, rather than complete a form, get re-directed back to my website and then pay by PayPal. Is this possible? |

In general, the best method we've found for doing this is to create a Paypal payment URL and then set the redirect URL for the form to this URL. This way, once the user fills out the form, they are automatically forwarded to the payment screen.

Unfortunately having a separate Paypal payment URL will be too complicated and messy, as I'd need it to be invisible most of the time. I've tried turning things around and doing the Paypal bit first with a redirect URL to my hosted booking form but it just takes me to the login page, whereas if I go to the hosted form through my website it goes straight to the form.
Is there any way around this?
If not, I think I may have to unhost my booking form and put it separately onto my website with a return from Paypal to it - messy, but more practical than the separate Paypal page.
Many thanks |

The redirect from Paypal to the hosted form hosted should work. I would double check Paypal's configuration and make sure that the URL entered for the hosted form is correct.

I've double checked it and even entered it again and it still takes me to the login page. If I enter it individually into the address bar it takes me to the right form (http://www.mycontactform.com/hosted/form.php?formid=214697)
I've also made sure that the web page with the PayPal button is included in the basic form information.
Is there anything else I can try?
Many thanks for your help. |

It sounds like Paypal is doing something odd, and not redirecting to the page your are specifying. Other than contacting Paypal to see why this is not working, I'm not sure what else you can do. It sounds like Paypal's redirect script is removing the ?formid=214697 from the URL.
