If I sign up for premium will I be able to post the same form on all pages of the same website?

Several of my sites run from 60 pages to 250 pages (individual states, city pages, etc...) and I currently have a contact us for more information on each page. Will this program allow that?

Yes, this is possible, but each URL would need to be entered into the interface. Probably the best option would be to place the form within a iframe and then call this iframe on each page. This way, there would only be one URL that the form is being sent from.
