How do we change it from hello email address to Hello their first name?
My responder has the correct code and works on everything else but this program continues to use the email address.
Did I miss that in the setup? |

The myContactForm.com autoresponder sends whatever message you configure from the administration panel.
Login > Click 'Edit' > Click 'Autoresponder'

Hi Nick,
I have the form linked to my own auto-responder. The trouble is my responder keeps picking up the email address instead of the person's first name.
I did not see any fields that could be changed to accommodate this.
The coding in my responder is correct but it’s how MCF sends out the message to my responder. Never had this problem before, all other emails work perfectly with my responder applying the first name correctly.
If I leave this out of your form;
(First Name), will your program still include the first name? If I leave that field blank, will it still apply the sender’s first name in the body? |

1. I cannot provide support for a third party autoresponder which you are using. I have no idea how to configure your third party software; I am not familiar with the software you are using. You need to get in contact with their support / read their documentation in order to learn how to configure their software.
2. You can use our form service with the autoresponder (in myContactForm.com) disabled. We do not have a 'list builder'.
