I have had numerous people tell me they cannot send through this form on this page

It works sometimes, and sometimes not.

It's irritating me cause I rely on this form to reach clients.

Can someone help me?

It worked for me when I submitted. What is the specific error message?

Make sure that you have entered into the 'Form Location' setting every possible URL that the form can be accessed. It appears that you are using some sort of CMS with a strange syntax for the URL. You most likely have not entered into the config every URL possibility.

I have had an ongoing (4 mos.) problem with these two pages:

The tricky thing is it's sporadic and I can never get it to give me the error. I just hear often from people that they get error messages, but by the time they call me to complain they do not remember what the exact error is. Whenever I test it it works fine. I don't think there are any other pages from which people could access the form.

I will try re-pasting the HTML from mycontactform and see if that might fix a bug, but besides that, any ideas?
