Hello! I am having difficulty making my form titled "Preg Class Thanks" in my user account easternfelicity
It doesn't display at all, really, when I preview on the mycontactform page, and my attempts to upload it to my page have also not been sucessful (it is not currently displayed on antoerh website).
Did I do something wrong? Are there changes I can make to help it display and work properly? Do I need to get it up on a non-mycontactform webpage for you to help with these questions?

The reason it is not displaying is because you have not given the form any width.

Login > Click 'Edit' > Click 'Form Appearance'

Make sure to enter a value for the form width. I've gone ahead and done this for you, but you might want to adjust this value yourself.
