Google changes HTML codes:

"Your HTML either contains unsafe tags (iframe, embed, styles, script) or extra attributes. They will be removed when the page is viewed."

The above message is desplayed prior to wiping out the form completely.[/b]

That is very odd. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to change their policies (which are a bit odd). I suggest changing hosts.
