I have had 3 customers fill out forms which were not received in my e-mail till 24 hours later. This is devastating to customer service.
I am appalled that I'm paying for this service and there's no way to directly contact support. |

It sounds like your email provider is delaying the messages to verify that they are not spam. They essentially reject the initial message that we send and then wait for my email server to try again. The problem with this practice is that most web servers wait 24 hours to try again in order to prevent excessive load on the server.
All emails are initially sent within 30 seconds of the form being submitted.

When I called Yahoo to add mycontactform.com to the white list, they admitted that they had latency in their email early last week. |
