There are two individual questions on my form, each with their own set of 4 radio button responses, that are somehow linked. If you click an answer button on one question, and then click an answer button on the next question, it clears the buttons from the previous question. Is there a way to correct this? Question

Try deleting the two questions from the admin panel and then re-adding them. After doing this, update the form HTML on your website. If this doesn't work, post a link to the form and I will investigate.
