We have a 27 item (check all the apply) list on one of our forms. We are getting this response: checkbox205302 on all of our replies.

We have another similar form, same coding, that we are not having a problem with.

Try deleting the question that is causing this response and then re-adding it. If this doesn't work, you will need to rebuild the form.
