Regarding my previous post, I failed to mention that the form in question is a hosted form.

Hi Nick, I finally got the form to work...once. Encouraged by that, I then changed the redirect page to a Thank You page (which I uploaded to my site server) and the form no longer worked. My question is this: Is the redirect page change information within the code and do I have to copy and paste again?
