I have a question before I start using this. What if I'm a web designer and I will be testing the forms out on my site before I set them up on my clients site? How do I anwer the first question "What specific web address(es) will this form be located (include filename)?" I'm assuming the file name is the entire .html, right? Okay.. so it's two questions.. lol.
Can someone help me? I know there has to be other designers out there. I would so appreciate any help.

You can set it to the URL where you will be testing. Once the form goes 'live', change the address to the production URL by:
1. Logging in
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Basic Form Information'
4. Change the 'Form Location'
