I got the code pasted where it needs to be in Dreamweaver. Now when I push the submit button it tells me that there is an ERROR!
The ERROR say
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as main.bayshorecamp.org/onlineregistration/form.htm. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.
Well I have tried just about everything that I know to do. I am sooooo confused. Can someone please help me? |

When you were creating your form the first question you were asked was where (URL) is this particular form going. www.sitename.com/formname.html
You have to put the form you create on that site.

Please do as the error message is telling you. Set the 'Form Location' under 'Edit' > 'Basic Form Information' to:
main.bayshorecamp.org/onlineregistration/form.htm
