I have created a form for my website and everything seems to work ok, I have assigned all questions from the form to go to our info@ address. I have tested the form on the website several times from a variety of different email accounts and the enquiry doesnt reach our inbox. All the emails appear in the message center but I would really like them to come into our inbox.

If they are in the message center, then they are being sent to your email as well. The most likely cause for this is over-zealous spam filters. Please read the following FAQ:
