I loaded form onto website. that part was okay- While setting up the form, I had chosen to make every field a requirement to enter. I thought this 'required fields' option was supposed to not let the user send his/her info unless all fields were entered? Also, with regards to the CAPTCHA field- when I tested this form, it sent me the information but it also sent what I had typed in this field - something I don't need. One other thing- on another test of mine, I entered in most fields, not all, as well as forgot to enter in the CAPTCHA field with the numbers and letters - it still got through to my email!!

Please respond as soon as possible as spam and bots are wreaking havoc.

I can't test the form without you posting a link to the live URL. The simplest thing to do would be to simply delete the form and rebuild it.

Nick, I am very frustrated with your lack of help in getting our contact form up and running. I have the form on our website at: http://www.beyondaffairs.com/coordinators-sign-up2.htm

I would like to use your service however have only had difficulties from the start and wonder how many, not all, of your customers are not dealing with similar issues.

As expressed before, all of the questions on the form are REQUIRED. Yet, when I go through and only enter in a few, while leaving the rest blank, it still sends the form through. Also, if I don't enter in the CAPTCHA field at the bottom, it shouldn't send it right? Yet, it does! To add to this list, it doesn't check to make sure that the email address entered is valid. Can you see why I am frustrated?? A few bots have gotten a hold of this form and are not letting go. These issues must be rectified.
