I have my form ready i don't need to use wizard to make one.. so how can i get a html code to put it in my form to receive submissions to my e-mail address?

Please tell me where i can find the html code .. to put it in my form.. to work trough mycontactform. I specify once more.. I have not made a form on wizard because i have my form i just need the html details to receive the submissions in my e-mail adress.Please respond asap.

You cannot use your existing code. You need to build the form via the wizard and then paste the HTML code that we provide.
