When the calendar is clicked on, it brings you to the top of the page the calendar is on rather than to the calendar itself. The form works in preview mode, but not on the site. What is the problem? Need HELP!!

I had the same problem... my contact form was contained within a relatively positioned div. Removing the "position: relative" fixed it.
