Nick, I am very frustrated with your lack of help in getting our contact form up and running. I have the form on our website at: http://www.beyondaffairs.com/coordinators-sign-up2.htm
I would like to use your service however have only had difficulties from the start and wonder how many, not all, of your customers are not dealing with similar issues.
As expressed before, all of the questions on the form are REQUIRED. Yet, when I go through and only enter in a few, while leaving the rest blank, it still sends the form through. Also, if I don't enter in the CAPTCHA field at the bottom, it shouldn't send it right? Yet, it does! To add to this list, it doesn't check to make sure that the email address entered is valid. Can you see why I am frustrated?? A few bots have gotten a hold of this form and are not letting go. These issues must be rectified.
Please respond as soon as possible.

The problem/error is with the HTML code on your website outside (not from) myContactForm.com. Take a look at your source code:

This is code that is not part of the myContactForm.com code and is essentially hijacking the myContactForm.com form. The myContactForm.com code was pasted within it, so instead of sending the data to our servers for processing and submission, it is sending it to the /cgi/gdform.cgi script.
This was either created by yourself, your web designer, or your web host. You need to either delete this form tag or paste the myContactForm.com code outside of this open form tag in order for it to function.
