So my form is here: http://www.chrisbonney.com/contact.html

It fills out and seems to submit fine. The person who fills out the form gets their email with the form data included, BUT I don't get the email with the form data. I've tried adding different email addresses to my account to see if it's just getting snagged by a filter somewhere, but no matter what email I put as the "Send To" address for the form, I don't get the emails.

Any insights would be appreciated.

If you have the 'Send To' configured correctly, then the only possible explanation is that it is being stopped on your end by spam / bulk mail filters.
