please be so kind as to assist me, i need the hotel enquiry form or reservation form to have the "captcha" option as well and i am not sure how to do it

1. Create an account.
2. Login
3. Follow the Form Wizard (there is a Hotel Reservation template within the wizard)
4. Upgrade your account to Premium ($29.99/year)
5. Unable CAPTCHA under the Form Security panel
