Hi, I'm trying to change the address that responses go to, as we are moving our website and email to another address.
The form keeps telling my email address is invalid, even though I've checked it several times.
Help!? |

What is the procedure you are using to do this. You should be:
1. Going into 'My User Information' and clicking 'Add Email Address'
2. Once the email address is added to your account, you can point the form to it by logging in, clicking 'Edit', the 'Send to Address'
3. Once you have changed the email, go to you website and look at the source code. Delete all of the old myContactForm.com code. Once you have done this, generate new code and paste it to your site.
If you've tried this, and it still doesn't work, post the URL of your live form and I will investigate.
