Hi there ~

I just joined and this is my first time creating a form and once I was completely finished with the wizard I received this message:

ERROR: A temporary problem was experienced with your form wizard. You may continue your form wizard by pressing the [continue wizard] link next to your form's name.

And now my form is not in the form management section. Is there any way to recover it?

Please help!

Is there a 'Continue Wizard' link listed? If not, you'll need to start over.
