Hi.
I made myself a practice form... which worked immediately, so I upgraded my account.

Then, when I pasted the HTML code onto the page, the form appears TWICE!!
The problem is... the correct form... with the verification code is below the bottom of the Dreamweaver page... and so I can't get to it! The verification code etc. appear on the bottom form. How can I fix this problem?

If you don't believe me... here is the link... I've redone it 3 times now and the same thing happens.

I just don't know what to do now... do I start again from the beginning?

It appears that you figured it out. Usually the best way to get rid of unwanted code is to go into the HTML view for the page and manually delete the unwanted code.
