I have a simple form where the contact gives their name, address, email, phone, etc. Once they complete the form, and it shows up in the database, I click on "Add to Contacts". It populates the first name, last name and email address, but the other fields are left blank. Naturally, I do not want to retype all of the information already provided. Are there specific spellings for the fields required to make sure the "adding" of a contact works more completely?

Unfortunately the contact management system isn't integrated to the point where this is possible.

I am having the same problem. I want to be able to add a contact that also includes at least the address and phone number. PLEASE try to make this work.
