My form always delivers me to an error screen which says

"* We're sorry but you did not fill out all of the required fields. Please push the back button on your browser and fill out all of the required fields.
o Message"

Even when I fill the message box with text, I have coped and pasted the code into my page several times, with the same results. Please help

Please post the URL of a live version of the form so that I may check it out. You might also try deleting the question causing the problem from the control panel, re-adding it, and then updating the HTML code on your website.
