Help! My form is not working. I had someone update some technical glitches on my site, and now the form isn't working. This is the message I get:

This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as andreadarif.com/contests.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.

It loks like a simple thing to fix, but I can't figure out where on the site these choice are. Please, someone help!

Do as the error message says.

1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Basic Information'
4. Enter the correct URL

Go back to get html and repost it into your web page. When another coder goes into a page they can break the form code.
