I defined a field as a date field selection using the built in calendar. First the calendar comes up way too far down from the field when you click on it and then, the background color of the calendar is white and the dates are white too so you cant see the dates on the calendar unless you scroll your mouse on top. I tried setting the fonts and colors but there is none specific to the calendar. You can see what I am referring to at www.ableadjusting.com and go to the Contact page.

The issues are arising from the way in which you've designed your website. The DIV positioning for the page is the reason the popup block is not appearing in the correct area. This is a bug with your css and not something that is resolvable from myContactForm.com's end. In addition, the white on white text problem is also stemming from your css overriding the css used to style the popup calender box.
