I ask for the visitor's e-mail address on my form. The problem is, it displays twice on the form. When I try to edit the form, the question only appears once and I can't find the HTML code for it.

Hope you can help.

By default, an email address question is added to all forms. This is not something that you need to manually add. What you should do it:

1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Form Questions'
4. Click 'Delete' next to the email question that you added.
5. Once you've deleted this question, you can edit the default location of the email question that has been added by scrolling down to near the bottom of the Edit Form Questions page. In an area separate from the other questions (just above the add question, preview, and get HTML buttons) you will see the default email address question that is added and the controls to edit it.
