| I just signed up and paid for a premium membership. I created a form using your wizard but when I preview it there is nothing on the page but lines. http://www.mycontactform.com/panel/previewform.php?formid=151460&accesscode=7497acbc2848 I don't know what I am doing wrong but I have a sinking feeling that this is not going to work. I just wanted a simple form that would be hosted from your site. Hope you can help me. Thanks. Darden |

You need to enable the hosted form option. You are currently posting a link to the Preview of the form (which will not work).
1. Login
2. Click 'Xtras'
3. Click 'Hosted Form'
4. Follow on-screen instructions.

The problem appears to be that you have included quotation marks on some of your questions (this is advised against during the setup procedure). This rarely (but sometimes) can cause the problem that you are experiencing. You will need to rebuild the form.
