I am not receiving my forms. I've repasted the html code and nothing. I've tried using frontpage and textpad. nothing. this is so aggrivating, i'm about to use another form. I checked with my isp and they told me they do not sensor or block emails. all of my spam is delivered in my bulk folder. I do not see this form in any of the folders.

What is the URL of the live form?

99% of the time when this is happening, it is due to poor spam filtering. Have you tried pointing the form to an alternative email address and then submitting it?

If you post a link to the live form, I will send a test through and look at our server log to determine why it isn't being delivered.
